胡萝卜汤

我有新发现， 若要煲萝卜汤的话， 不妨买一粒圆圆的，紫红色的胡萝卜。

这种萝卜表皮有颜色，果肉一样是白色。

连皮一起煮，煮出来的汤水比一般白萝卜的更加香浓好味。
